What's a good heat protectant,and a serum/spray for after I flat iron it?

Try Fantasia IC serum.....I used the samples and they keep my hair shiney...plus its made from olive oil (great for hair..especially relaxed hair)

Reply:Bed Head's Headrush is an aerosol that's great for spraying the sections while you iron your hair. It has less alcohol than silk therapy. And Redken Glass is good to use while your hair is still damp before you blowdry.
Reply:"BEYOND THE ZONE"...it is under $10 and comes in an orange bottle from sallys, but it probably doesn't work as good as that chi stuff...

Reply:I love Silk Therapy for shine and smoothing but I don't think it protects your hair from heat damage. I mist my hair with either the puprle bottle from sunsilk heat protector or thermasilk heat protecting detangler before I flat iron. Both of these oftions are less than $4. You can use them on wet or dry hair.

Reply:well BEFORE you spray use chi anything from the chi line is amazing and after wards use the other product form **** that takes care of frizzys and split ends silk infusin its magnificent i love it
