If a serum bottle like Biosilk tells you to apply something when hair is Damp what does this mean? damp?

when you just came out the shower and your hair is soaking wet? or when you dry it with a towl and its soft and moisty? or when you wet your hair a bit to style it? im not sure.

damp means it is mainly wet but not soaking and dripping wet. it does not have to be just out of the shower, you can dampen your hair by spraying water from a spray bottle or even just putting your hander under the faucet then towel drying it.
Reply:its when you come out of the showere but when your hair is not soaking wet, and dripping water. just after you come out of the shower squeeze your hair with a towel until all the water comes out. voila...damp hair =)
Reply:it means after you get out the shower and dry it with a towel. it's not dripping, but it's not dry either.
