OK, Ulta is having these super good deals on Biosilk (buy 2 get 1- awesome right?!) so i go to order it online and I can't find it. Does ne1 know if they sell it online, and if not can I order it over the phone? Also, i was trying to buy my makeup (also on sale buy one get one, and like 20% off) but the sale price doesnt go through when I put it in my cart and even at the third step in check out? Any advice from experienced ulta.com shoppers is appreciated.
