Best thermal protecting spray before blow drying?

I'm going to grow my hair out, but I do not want to damage my hair....well at least not all the way because I know heat will always do damage. Therefore, I was wondering what you think is the best thermal protecting spray...or balm or anything before blow-drying? I'm going to be using the PHYTO line of stuff when my hair does get longer in order to keep moisture and I will also use BioSilk Therapy since it is heat activated. But I just needed to know what you guys use and how efficient it is. Thank you for taking the time to read and answer my question.

biosilk silk therapy. i also use frizz ease hair serum, but i also have curly hair and use a flat iron every day
